‘Let There Be Light’ was released in April 2024 and explores the pattern of abuse many experienced over a period of four decades under the leadership of Mike Pilavachi. A Church of England safeguarding report heard from close to 150 victims and substantiated claims of emotional, physical and spiritual harm. This short documentary explores the story of what happened - and the lessons that we as the Church might learn for the future.
